The Building pictured is the Paul Brown Building. Notice the green sign on building\u2019s first floor is no longer there. The main giveaway that this photo is at least 10 years old is the MetroBus #32 heading north on 9th. That bus and many others ceased to run east of the Tucker that same month in as part of a service reduction that turned out to be temporary. Interestingly, that route used to stretch northwest all the way from downtown to Rock Industrial Park Drive in Earth City.
