From there, he rides his bike to work.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve always liked riding my bike and I finally connected the dots and was able to make it work,\u201d Stu said.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to getting his daily exercise, Stu also enjoys reading and listening to the radio during his commute.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s the highlight of my day,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>His commute also saves him money.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI started riding in 2004 and then right after that gas prices went up so that was a bonus right then, he said. \u201cI get to read and save money.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Stu said it took a bit of planning to coordinate his multi-modal commute, however after a while, Stu said you\u2019ll get the hang of it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Passengers like\u00a0Stu\u00a0depend on Metro transit to get to work, school and other important destinations.
