Luckily, she had Metro Transit.<\/p>\n<p>Krystal is a student at St. Louis Community College and works a full-time job as well. She needed transportation that could provide easy access to school, work and home \u2014 that was within her budget.<\/p>\n<p>Since Krystal is a student at St. Louis Community College, she can take advantage of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.metrostlouis.org\/student-passes\/\">the University Pass program<\/a>. The U-Pass program provides students like Krystal unlimited rides on MetroBus and MetroLink.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMetro Transit saves me money,\u201d she said. \u201cI can put that money into a savings account.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Krystal relies on the #74 Florissant and the #61 Chambers MetroBus routes to get her to school and to work each day.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t drive,\u201d she said. \u201cSo, I love using public transportation.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Passengers like Krystal depend on Metro Transit to get to work, school and other important destinations.
